By creating an account, listing a property, or otherwise using any part of the RealVista platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using our services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.
RealVista provides an online marketplace connecting property buyers, sellers, renters, landlords, and real estate agents. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at hello@realvista.com of any unauthorized use of your account. RealVista reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
When you submit a property listing, you represent and warrant that:
RealVista reserves the right to review, modify, or remove any listing at our sole discretion. Listings that violate our guidelines may be removed without notice.
Paid subscription plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners (Stripe and PayPal). Prices are displayed exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
The RealVista platform, including its design, code, trademarks, and content, is owned by RealVista and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, descriptions), but grant RealVista a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use that content in connection with operating the platform.
Your use of RealVista is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it to understand our data practices.
RealVista provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not verify the accuracy of listing information submitted by users, and we are not responsible for any inaccuracies, omissions, or misrepresentations. RealVista is not a real estate broker and does not provide real estate, legal, or financial advice. Always conduct your own due diligence before making real estate decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RealVista shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to RealVista at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or our business interests. You may terminate your account at any time from your dashboard settings.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New York County.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of RealVista after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
